The individual Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the real face of our business to clients whom started to Quest Diagnostics, both as an element of their own health routine and for insights into life-defining wellness choices. The PSR II attracts blood that is quality from clients and prepares those specimens for lab screening while following founded techniques and procedures. The PSR II has direct experience of clients and creates an environment of trust and self- self- confidence while describing procedures to clients and drawing bloodstream specimens in a skillful, safe and manner that is accurate. The PSR II will show Quest Leadership Behaviors while targeting process quality skills and sensitiveness to privacy and accuracy to patient information.
