Bloomberry’s Jeju Island Casino Suspends Operations for a Month
Philippine gambling operator Bloomberry Resorts Corporation announced previous today that its only international casino Jeju Sun, situated on the South Korean Jeju Island, is to be suspended for a one-month duration. The suspension system comes as being a penalty imposed by the local gambling regulator CRD following a concluded research of the acts regarding the place’s previous managing team.
Bloomberry said in a filing to the philippine stock exchange that the investigation was concerned with the so-called ‘lvegas casino’ gaming tax payment practices, introduced by jeju sun’s previous owners and management wednesday.
The suspension system will be effective as of Monday, November 16 and it is slated to get rid of on Tuesday, December 15.
