Arizona bill aims to control neighbor hood ‘party household’ rentals

PHOENIX — State lawmakers are going to suppress some abuses developed if they consented 36 months ago to allow individuals hire down their domiciles to instantly visitors.
House Bill 2672 would prohibit property owners from permitting properties to be utilized for unique occasions. Rep. John Kavanagh, R-Fountain Hills, said that may place a conclusion to “party houses” where a house in a neighborhood that is residential becomes the website for dozens and a large number of visitors.
But lawmakers balked at placing a real limit on the amount of those who can stay static in a house. Read more →
