To characterize the genotypes which can be almost certainly to be homophilic or heterophilic, we carried out a GWAS regressing subject’s expected genotype on friend’s anticipated genotype for 1,468,013 typical SNPs (small allele frequency 0.10; see SI Appendix for imputation and regression details).
